A - YES, as it relates to acoustic technology and rotating power equipment.
Q - Does the acronym "YES" also mean "Yancey Electrical Systems" and "Yancey Electrical Solutions"?
A - YES, we modify both supply systems and control & power systems to meet the objective.
Q - Your team seems to be Generating Set and Rotating Equipment specialists?
A - YES, absolutely!
Q - Do you package all OEM products?
A - YES. If it consumes fuel, generates Hp or KW and makes noise we can handle it
Q - What about Customer service?
A - YES, we're absolutely committed, because customer service is at the heart of our business philosophy. Next question please Sir!
Q - Do you have qualified staff?
A - YES, most of us are "engineers", some of us with multiple degrees. Our combined experience exceeds one hundred years in the industry.
Q - Do you have a formal quality control system?
A - YES, our QC system is based upon ISO9001 and we are working towards being fully accredited by March 2009. We also operate a Continuous Improvement System which all employees at YES are fully committed to.
Q - Do you make customer site visits for QA issues?
A - YES, but our goal is to not have customer site visits in the field. However, in the rare event we need to, YES we are able to accomplish this on an urgent basis. We also make customer site visits upon request for any reason.
Q - Are you prepared to ever say "No" to a customer?
A -YES, when we know we are at risk of not keeping our promise.
Q - Do you ever said "No"?
A - YES, but only when saying "No" keeps us true to our word and is in the best interest of our customers.
